Delivery Information

Please read this information in conjunction with our full Terms & Conditions 

General
We will use all reasonable endeavours to despatch your goods on the same day that the order is placed if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability. Deliveries are subject to the postage/handling charges as detailed below. We reserve the right to amend our policy on delivery charges at any time and to pass on any fuel surcharges imposed on us. We reserve the right to levy an additional charge for delivery of heavy or bulky items, in such cases you will be notified prior to despatch.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you, provided it is in the UK.
We will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery or performance estimates but, in no circumstances shall we be liable to compensate you for non-delivery, non-performance or late delivery or performance. Any time quoted for delivery or performance is estimated and not a guarantee.
We reserve the right to delay despatch for various reasons, including to perform any necessary credit or anti-fraud checks or procedures or to ensure that cleared payment has been received in full. Where despatch is delayed for such reasons we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you.

Charges
Goods will be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class.
Orders up to 750g - 1st class £2.95 or 2nd class £2.45.
Orders between 750g & 1000g - 1st class £4.55 or 2nd class £3.75.
Orders between 1000g & 1250g - 1st class £5.85.
Orders between 1250g & 1500g - 1st class £6.75.
Orders between 1500g & 1750g - 1st class £7.65.
Orders between 1750g & 2000g - 1st class £8.50.
Orders between 2000g & 4000g - 1st class £10.55.
Delivery charges are subject to VAT and are based on weight as well as volume. 2nd class postage is only available up to 1000g. All orders over £20.00 (ex VAT) are only sent by recorded delivery and £0.95 will be added to the above delivery cost. The exact delivery charge can be obtained by going to the shopping cart.
We reserve the right to amend these charges at any time.

Inspection, defects and non delivery
You must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery or, in the case of services, the performance and, except under the terms of any warranty or guarantee, we shall not be liable for any defect in the goods unless written notice is given to us within 10 days of delivery.
The quantity of any consignment of goods, as recorded by us upon despatch, shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by you on delivery, unless you can provide conclusive evidence to the contrary. We will not be liable for any non-delivery of goods unless written notice is given to us within 5 days of the date when goods should have been delivered. Any liability by us for non-delivery or non performance or for goods notified as defective on delivery or services notified as defective following performance will be limited to replacing the goods or re-performing the service within a reasonable time or to refunding the price paid in respect of such goods.

Returns
If you are buying as a 'consumer', as defined in The Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you may return the goods within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays) of their delivery, providing that you have taken reasonable care of the goods and return them complete, undamaged, in re-saleable condition and with their original packaging including any outer packaging. To return goods on this basis, you must notify us by email to service@screenlink.co.uk, to obtain a 'Return Authorisation Number' (RAN). If accepted by us, you must return the goods to 'The Returns Department, Screenlink Sound & Vision, Unit 6, Shrivenham Hundred Business Park, Swindon Wilts, SN6 8TZ' quoting your order number. Goods must be returned at your risk, first class and with proof of posting. You are responsible for all postage costs. In respect of certain goods we may prefer to arrange the collection and, if requested, you will allow us to collect the goods and assist in the arrangements for the collection of the goods. All reasonable costs of collection will be paid by you. You are responsible for the care and custody of the goods until signed for by us. Following receipt of goods which comply with The Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund you the price paid in respect of the goods. Certain goods are excluded from this right of return, including unsealed software, manuals which have been opened, static-sensitive goods supplied in sealed packaging if the blister or 'peel' packs in which they are supplied have been opened, tampered with or damaged and specially ordered or constructed items. Goods returned after 7 days as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' or 'Business to Business' orders may be accepted at our discretion but will be subject to a restocking charge of 30% of the invoice value of the goods. Goods that are excluded under The Distance Selling Regulations or contain any of the hazardous substances referred to in the Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical or Electronic Equipment may not be returned under this condition.
